Asparagus season: Since 12th April we are serving white asparagus from Palatinate - in its traditional form with potatoes and sauce hollandaise, but also in gourmet meals as asparagus biscuit tart, asparagus flan or roasted and served with tournedos from Simmental beef.
Father's Day BBQ: On Thursday, 10th May (German Father's Day), we are starting the summer season with a tasty barbecue buffet.
Großes Frühstücksbuffet am Muttertag: Sunday, 13th May is Mother's Day in Germany. Come to our delicious breakfast buffet for the whole family.
Kraut & Rüben: As finalist in the gastronomy competition "So schmeckt die Südpfalz - 2018" (Taste of Southern Palatinate 2018), we thank all our guest who tried our nominated greens&roots menu. Thank you for all your positive feedback - we are looking forward now to the annnouncement of the winners.
