Gastronomy Competition

We are participating in the gastronomy competition "So schmeckt die Südpfalz" ("Taste of Southern Palatinate") which is being held each year with a different local fruit or vegetable as topic. This year's topic is "Kraut & Rüben" - "cabbage & roots", and we are proud to say that the creative menu which has been developed by our chefs Moritz Sommer and Roman Filgertshofer has made it to the final round.
